Our company undertakes with different service packages the management of your residence, so that you enjoy the benefits of renting it. We offer comprehensive short-term rental services, designed and tailored for the most demanding owner and their guests.

Package C: Check in – Check out service

• Monitor bookings on a daily basis for possible modification, additional marking, new request or even possible cancellation.
• Communication with visitors about the means and time of arrival on the island, as well as planning the meeting point.
• Welcoming, guiding and informing the visitor about the facilities of the residence and the rules that must be observed. During check-out, a brief check is carried out for any damage to the residence and keys are collected.

Package D: Hosting Services & Concierge

We provide the possibility of 24-hour service for any problem that arises in your residence during the stay of your guests.
Concierge: We offer your guests useful information and advice, ensuring a pleasant stay on the island (e.g. renting a means of transport, organizing sea excursions, restaurant reservations, etc.).

Package E: Cleaning Services

• Calendar Tracking
Daily diary monitoring for planning and coordination of house cleaning.
• Cleaning and Preparation of Residence for arrival
We undertake the complete cleaning and preparation of your residence inside and outside for your guests.
• Service during the customers’ stay
We provide the possibility of cleaning the residence during the customer’s stay either on a daily basis or on days that will be preselected (the basic condition of the daily service is the timely notification of the company at least 3 months in advance).

Supporting Services

• Clothing Transfer
We undertake the transport of the clothing to and from the dry cleaner and/or the transport company.
• Welcome Basket
We undertake the equipment of the residence with a welcome basket for your guests based on the owner’s instructions.
• Supply of Cleaners
We undertake the purchase of cleaning agents based on the needs of each residence.
