Over the years and after the increasing building development of the island, the need for more services related to the maintenance of country houses was created.

This is how we created a family business of housing and facilities management K.KOUMOUTSIS B & SIA OE. expanding the range of our services with benefits such as: cleaning services, construction and maintenance of gardens, swimming pool maintenance, small-scale construction works.
In 2010, Ritsa Koumoutsi worked simultaneously as an external partner for 2 years in a real estate agency, she successfully attended a relevant seminar and obtained a real estate license. Since 2012, she has been offering her brokerage services to our company.
In 2014, the short-term rental on our island begins to make its appearance more intense. Already having many years of experience in housing management, we supported and partnered with our clients and added services related to short-term rental management, such as: check-in-check-out services, hosting-concierge services, cleaning services, rental services, etc.
We have experienced permanent and seasonal staff of over 25 people and a clientele of over 80 satisfied owners.
In our long-term course, we have gained the trust of our customers and have built long-term relationships with them by providing all our services with consistency, honesty and trust.
